Barry Cottle - Managing Principal

Barry A. Cottle is a real estate developer, who has acquired, built, owned and operated properties throughout the Southern California region for the past 35 years. Barry Cottle is currently the Managing Principal of C & C Development. Barry’s experience is an invaluable asset to C&C and allows him to evaluate, structure and successfully execute complicated affordable housing transactions.

In addition, Barry is the founder and principal of Advanced Property Services L.L.C., a property management firm responsible for the management of over 1,400 affordable multifamily units. Prior to his time with C & C Development Co., LLC and Advanced Property Services, Barry was a Principal and Executive Vice President at Century American Corporation for over 20 years. Century American is home building company and Barry was responsible for the construction of over 2,000 single family homes and condominiums throughout Southern California.
