The Courtyard Apartments is comprised of 32 – 8 plex buildings, located near Tustin & Katella Streets in the City of Orange. At the time of the purchase, the property had the highest residential crime rate in the City with 99 vacant, uninhabitable apartments.  Upon purchase, a renovation of the entire property, both interior and exterior occurred. The entire rehab project was completed within a 15 month period and did not require the offsite relocation of existing tenants.

Today, all 256 apartments are fully occupied, completely renovated and provide a wonderful, safe environment for families to live, grow and flourish. Apartments are affordably priced, providing housing opportunities for low and very low income families. Through a partnership with the THINK TOGETHER organization, children have both an on-site after school learning center and computer lab, plus a separate Teen Center.
