Advanced Property Services, LLC (APS), a wholly owned subsidiary of C&C Development, was formed in 1974 to manage C&C’s investment property portfolio. APS is a full-service property management company that manages affordable multifamily communities, including both family and senior communities. APS maintains a commitment to all of its residents, managing properties to the highest standards possible to provide safe living environments.

To aid in the management and leasing of affordable properties, APS’ staff is tax-credit certified. In providing affordable housing a distinct need is addressed in the community. However, affordable housing brings a different set of property management guidelines. Advanced Property Services, LLC is thoroughly familiar and experienced in the management and compliance of tax credit, tax-exempt bond, HOME, City, Agency and HUD financed multi-family properties.
