Ross and Durant Apartments were recently completed. This project involved the purchase of two buildings comprised of 65 studio units. The project resulted in the conversion of the studio units into a mixture of 18 one bedroom, 21 two bedroom, and 10 three bedroom family units. |

Santiago Villas consists of 89 units for seniors over 55. This site was an abandoned Howard Johnson hotel which was converted into studio, one and two bedroom apartments for seniors. |

The Hoover Avenue Apartments is an acquisition rehab project consisting of multiple buildings on the same street. The renovation of these 4 ten unit buildings resulted in 32 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom units. |

The Wilshire/Minnie project consists of 17 buildings located less than a mile south of the Cornerstone Village project. The buildings are all currently one-bedroom units and were originally built for military housing in the 1950’s. The Project reduced the overall unit count by combining a number of the one-bedroom units into two, three and four bedroom units. |

The Courtyard Apartments were purchased from a lender REO portfolio in 1996. The Courtyard Apartments is comprised of 32 – 8 plex buildings, located near Tustin & Katella Streets in the City of Orange.
