Ross and Durant Apartments involved the purchase of two buildings comprised of 65 studio units. The project resulted in the conversion of the studio units into a mixture of 18 one bedroom, 21 two bedroom, and 10 three bedroom family units. The rehabilitated units included new kitchen and bathroom flooring, carpet, paint, appliances and windows. Project funding consists of federal low income housing tax credits, tax exempt bond financing and funds from the City of Santa Ana and the Sanat Ana Redevelopment Agency.
