Social Services

C&C Development understands that a critical component of each affordable community is the quality of the social services that are provided to the resident population. C&C is committed to delivering and encouraging the use of social services at all of its family and senior communities.

C&C has established partnerships with Lighthouse Learning Centers, Kidworks, and THINK Together to provide social services within its various communities. They deliver invaluable resources and services to our tenants and communities. Services provided are based upon the various needs of each resident population. After school tutoring, athletics, English classes, nutrition classes, health clinics, family classes, computer labs, photography classes, and art classes are just some of the classes and services that are provided to the community and are available free of charge to all the residents.
