Todd Cottle - Principal

Todd Cottle currently oversees the acquisition and financing of C & C Development’s (C&C) multifamily communities. He is also directly responsible for the construction and rehabilitation of all C&C’s multifamily communities through C&C Construction Services, Inc., a licensed general contractor.

Since joining C&C, Todd has facilitated the development and rehabilitation of ten affordable multifamily communities, representing over 750 rental housing units. Todd’s ability to work with property owners and brokers to identify properties for various funding sources allows C&C to successfully acquire, entitle and build affordable housing communities that leverage outside funding sources to the greatest extent possible. Todd received a Masters of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in finance, accounting and economics. Todd Cottle is a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker in the State of California.
